Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be either unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging or defective.
If the product is defective please send photographic evidence to info@truebarberproducts.com. True Barber Products will pay for the return if the product is defective.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of certain items such as hair brushes, scissors, combs, blades or hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.,
Refunds where applicable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item contact us at info@truebarberproducts.com
